We are a value proposition and easy to work with. Another advantage is that we take the long view when structuring a lease deal and are prepared to offer inducements to the right tenant to reach an agreement that represents a win for both parties. Each tenant’s needs are going to be different and we will work with you to achieve what is important to your business. As a testament to this long view and individual care, the vast majority of our tenants are long term. Many have been with us for 20 or 30 years and in several cases we have been able to accommodate their growing need for space at the same address.
